What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation before 48 hours will receive full refund. If sessions are cancelled within less than 48 hours, I will hold the deposit.

This deposit can be put forward to future photoshoots should you choose to continue.
With the last-minute cancellation I will be unable to fill your session with another client, thank you for understanding.

How long does it take for me to receive my images?

This depends on the length of the session. For mini sessions, I strive to have delivered between 2-4 weeks, however if delays do happen I will inform you.

For larger shoots it may take up to 3 months to deliver but, some images will be delivered to you at a earlier date.

What are your rates and what’s included?

Each of the sessions include the planning and communication, scouting, shooting time, editing and processing the images. If it is an out of town session, the travel will be included in the rate as well.

What do I wear?

Colour coordinate outfits with your groups as to create a cohesive look, something that you’re comfortable in and feel confident.

For a longer session, we will discuss multiple outfits as to create a variety of looks.

Avoid wearing tops with bold graphics, bright colours and patterns. Neutrals work best and are easier to work with.

Can I receive raw images from the session?

Unfortunately, I will not send the raw images from the session. The editing process is part of the package, it is what I deem to be the best quality of the image taken. It is non-negotiable.
